The WBS List view displays all tasks in a detailed table format, allowing you to see comprehensive information at a glance and manage tasks efficiently through sorting, filtering, and drag-and-drop reordering.
Table Structure
Each column in the WBS List provides specific information about your tasks:
- Task ID: Unique identifier (e.g., ERP1-1, ERP1-2)
- Category: Task categorization with hierarchical support (e.g., "API > Backend")
- Task Name: The name or description of the task
- Priority: Visual indicators for task priority (P1, P2, P3)

Managing Tasks
Adding Tasks
To add a new task to your WBS List:
- Click the "+ Add Task" button at the top right of the table
- Fill in the task details in the dialog that appears
- Click "Save" to add the task to your list
Editing Tasks

Deleting Tasks
Tasks can only be deleted when the project is in PLANNED status. Once a project has started, tasks should be marked as CANCELLED instead of being deleted.

- Drag the task to the desired position and release
Task order is saved automatically and synchronized with all team members in real-time.
Assigning Tasks
To assign a task to a team member:
- Click on the "Assignee" cell for the task you want to assign
- Select a team member from the dropdown menu that appears
- You can also search for assignees by typing their name in the search field
Filtering and Sorting

- Overdue: Show only tasks that have passed their due date
- Due Soon: Show tasks that are due within the next few days
Sorting
Click on any column header to sort tasks by that column. You can sort by:
- Priority: Sort by priority order (P1, P2, P3)
- Due Date: Sort by due date order
- Task Name: Sort alphabetically by task name
- Order: Sort by the original task order (as created)
Time Management
The WBS List provides detailed time tracking for each task:
- Original Estimate (Org Est): The initial time estimate when the task was created
- Current Estimate (Cur Est): The updated time estimate as the task progresses
- Elapsed Time: The actual time spent working on the task
- Remaining Time: Automatically calculated as Current Estimate minus Elapsed Time
You can edit time estimates directly in the table by clicking on the time cells. Changes are saved automatically.
