Real-time Collaboration

Overview

Plexo uses YJS technology (the same tech powering Google Docs) to enable seamless real-time collaboration. Multiple team members can work on the same project simultaneously without conflicts.

How It Works

  • Changes sync instantly across all connected users
  • No need to save or refresh
  • Automatic conflict resolution
  • See who's online and what they're editing

Tips for Effective Collaboration

  • Use comments instead of external chat when discussing specific tasks
  • Update task status immediately when you start or finish work
  • Check who's online before starting major reorganizations
  • Use the activity log to understand changes made while you were offline
