Troubleshooting Common Issues
Connection Issues
My changes aren't saving
Possible causes:
- Internet connection lost
- Browser offline
Solutions:
- Check your internet connection
- Look for "Disconnected" indicator in the top bar
- Wait for reconnection - changes will auto-sync
- If issue persists, refresh the page (your work is saved locally)
I can't see other team members' changes
Solutions:
- Refresh your browser
- Check if you're viewing the same project
- Verify both users have active internet connections
- Clear browser cache if problem persists
Display Issues
Gantt chart not displaying correctly
Common causes:
- Tasks missing start/end dates
- Browser cache issues
Solutions:
- Ensure all tasks have start and end dates
- Clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Del)
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
Statistics showing incorrect numbers
Solutions:
- Refresh the page
- Check if calculations are still in progress (loading indicator)
- Verify task hours and progress percentages are correct
Performance Issues
Plexo is running slowly
Possible causes:
- Too many tasks (near limit for your plan)
- Too many browser tabs open
- Old browser version
Solutions:
- Use filters to show fewer tasks at once
- Close unnecessary browser tabs
- Update to latest browser version
- Try Chrome for best performance
- Consider upgrading plan if at task limit
Data Issues
I accidentally deleted a task
Current solution:
Unfortunately, deleted tasks cannot be recovered automatically. We recommend exporting your project regularly as backup.

Import failed or data looks wrong
Solutions:
- Check Excel/CSV file format
- Ensure column headers are clear
- Verify data types (numbers in hour columns, text in name columns)
- Remove any special formatting from Excel
- Try importing a small sample first to test
Account Issues
Can't log in / Forgot password
Solutions:
- Click "Forgot Password" on login page
- Enter your email
- Check your email for reset link
- Create new password
If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
Invitation link not working
Solutions:
- Check if invitation has expired (valid for 7 days)
- Ask admin to resend invitation
- Try copying link manually instead of clicking
Billing Issues
Payment failed
Solutions:
- Click your profile image in the upper right corner, then select "Subscriptions & Billing"
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter valid payment information
- Retry payment
You have a 7-day grace period to fix payment issues.
Can't upgrade to Professional
Check:
- Are you the Organization Admin?
- Is your browser blocking the redirect to LemonSqueezy checkout page?
